You decide what fits.

ok. 15 minutWynik: raport i prototyp instrukcjiabout 15 minutesOutcome: a summary to review and a first draft

Potem dostajesz raport do poprawy i prototyp instrukcji: 5 reguł i jedno zdanie. You don’t have to describe yourself from scratch. AI will make specific guesses about how you work, and you’ll respond with “spot on”, “off” or “partly”—or choose from a few options. It will then write a short summary for you to correct and turn it into a working draft: five rules and one sentence.

  1. Otwórz nową, pustą rozmowę w swoim narzędziu AI, z najmocniejszym dostępnym modelem. Zostaw tę stronę otwartą i wróć tu z gotowym prototypem.Open a new chat in your AI tool and choose the best model available on your plan. Leave this page open: open the AI tool in another tab or app, then come back here with your draft.
  2. Dołącz zdjęcia mapy i karty, nawet niepełnychmapy i karty (spinacz albo „+” przy polu wiadomości; w agencie wklej zdjęcia razem z promptem).Attach photos of the map and card, even if unfinishedof the map and card (paperclip or “+” next to the message field; in an agent, paste the photos together with the prompt).
  3. Skopiuj prompt i wklej go w rozmowie. Odpowiadaj krótko, bez nazwisk i danych firmy.Copy the prompt below. Keep your answers short, and don’t include names or confidential company information.
When AI shows you its summary, correct anything that feels wrong or incomplete. It will then turn the summary into a first draft.

Zrobimy to w jednej rozmowie, w trzech etapach.

Bez pochlebstw i bez „Świetne pytanie!”.
Zgaduj, proponuj i pokazuj przykłady, a ja będę reagować.

ETAP 2. LUSTRO, CZYLI RAPORT DO POPRAWY

Help me create a personal user guide for an AI agent: a short set of instructions it should read before working with me and follow when acting on my behalf. We’ll do this in one conversation, in three stages. Don’t move to the next stage until I agree.

Attached are photos of my map from the workshop and the card; either may be unfinished. First read them (the map may be on sticky notes or handwritten with a pen on paper; corrections matter more than the text they correct; if you’re unsure, ask me), list what you see, and ask whether you understand it correctly.

HOW TO TALK TO ME
- Talk to me like a curious, thoughtful person—not like a survey. Keep it brief and natural, with a little humor. No flattery and no “Great question!”.
- Don’t ask abstract questions about my traits or opinions. Make specific guesses, offer options and give examples. I’ll react.
- Make every question quick to answer: an option, “spot on / off / partly”, or a few words. Ask in small batches, not one at a time.
- Don’t psychoanalyze me. Label any inference as a “hypothesis”. Don’t record people’s or companies’ names; use descriptions such as “a client” or “my manager”.
- I can say “skip” or “move on” at any time.

STAGE 1. TWO SHORT ROUNDS
Round 1, guessing. First, ask me for three one-sentence answers: what I do, how I currently use AI at work, and what annoys me most about AI. Based on my answers, make six specific guesses about how I work and what I expect. Be bold and specific. Avoid statements that could apply to anyone. I’ll respond to each guess with “spot on”, “off” or “partly”, plus a short comment.
Round 2, choices. Give me six to eight specific scenarios, each with A, B or C options. For example: two versions of the same message, two ways AI could respond to my mistake, or different levels of independence when editing a file or sending a message on my behalf. After I answer, ask which choice felt most important or difficult. Explore only that one.Skip rounds and questions the map already answers. Ask only about what’s missing from it, in one or two short rounds (guesses or A/B/C choices), also about independence: what you may do on your own, what requires my approval, what you must never do.Make five guesses about how I work, based on the map and the card, for me to confirm or correct (“spot on”, “off”, “partly”). Then ask at most three questions about anything unclear or contradictory.

STAGE 2. THE MIRROR: A SUMMARY FOR ME TO CORRECT
Write a short summary, no more than ten lines. Include: (a) how you understand me, using my own words; (b) one thing that surprised you; (c) one rule I may follow without saying it explicitly—label this as a hypothesis; (d) what you still don’t know. Ask what feels wrong or missing, then wait. I may also tell you the summary is accurate. Include all my corrections before moving on.

STAGE 3. WORKING DRAFT
- Create a working draft, not a finished document: one sentence describing how to work with me and exactly five rules beginning with “Always…”, “Never…” or “When X happens, do Y”. Five accurate rules are better than twenty average ones.
- Cover different areas: boundaries, communication, how I think and what matters to me. At least one rule must cover independence: what you may do on your own, what requires my approval and what you must never do.
- The draft should work across all my conversations with you, not just one situation.
- Use only information I have given you. Don’t make anything up. If something important is missing, ask.
- Base the draft on my map and card from the photos, supplementing them with what comes out of the conversation.
- End with three questions the draft still doesn’t answer.

Start with Round 1the first roundreading the map and card.
Jak wybrać model? How to choose a model?

Rozmowa wymaga dobrego rozumienia. Mocniejszy model zwykle tworzy bardziej konkretne i mniej ogólne hipotezy. This conversation requires good judgment. A stronger model will usually make more specific, less generic guesses.

W selektorze modelu (zwykle u góry czatu) wybierz najmocniejszy dostępny w Twoim planie i, jeśli jest, opcję dłuższego myślenia (np. „Thinking”, „Pro”).Choose the best model available on your plan. If the tool offers an extended thinking mode, such as “Thinking” or “Pro”, use it.

Model names change often, and some are only on paid plans. On a free plan? That’s fine—go through the process anyway. The result may simply be less detailed.

Jak zrobić dobre zdjęcie? How to take a good photo?

Keep the whole sheet in frame, use good light and make sure the handwriting is legible. Sticky notes, pen, corrections—all fine.

PrototypFirst draft

Zapisz, zanim zniknieSave it before it disappears

ok. 5 minutWynik: prototyp instrukcji (5 reguł) jako plikabout 5 minutesOutcome: your five-rule draft as a Markdown file

This is a working draft. It should be quick and imperfect—you’ll test and revise it. Paste it here; the page will only add a title and date. It won’t change your text.

This text stays in your browser. It is never sent to this site’s server.

Wklej prototyp, żeby przejść do testu.
Paste your draft to continue to the test.
If you don’t paste it here, the summary won’t show your first rules and you won’t be able to download your draft with notes.

Nazwa pliku:File name: prototyp-instrukcji.md

Przyciski odblokują się, gdy wkleisz prototyp powyżej.These buttons unlock once you paste your draft above.

Gdzie to wkleićWhere to paste it

Czat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…)Chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…)
Look in the settings for these words: personalization, custom instructions, project instructions. Depending on the tool, instructions pasted there may be applied automatically in new conversations.
Agent (np. Claude Code, Codex)Agent (e.g. Claude Code, Codex)
Zapisz prototyp jako zwykły plik tekstowy w folderze, w którym pracujesz. Nazwij go CLAUDE.md (Claude Code) albo AGENTS.md (Codex), a w Cowork wklej go w instrukcjach folderu. Potem uruchom agenta w tym folderze.Save the draft as a plain text file in the folder you work in. Name it CLAUDE.md (Claude Code) or AGENTS.md (Codex), and in Cowork paste it into the folder instructions. Then run the agent in that folder.
Nie możesz znaleźć?Can’t find it?
Trzymaj prototyp w notatniku i wklejaj go na początku nowej rozmowy. To też działa.Keep the draft in a notes app and paste it at the start of a new conversation. That works too.
UwagaNote
Option names change fairly often, and some tools and plans limit the length of instructions. If pasting fails, shorten the text to your most important rules.

TestTest

Czy to naprawdę Ty?Is this really you?

ok. 5 minutWynik: wiesz, co poprawić w prototypieabout 5 minutesOutcome: you know what to fix in your draft
To instrukcja i kontekst, nie twarda blokada. AI może zinterpretować ją inaczej, niż chcesz, albo coś pominąć. Gdy oddajesz więcej autonomii, kontrolą są też uprawnienia w samym narzędziu. These instructions give AI context, but they are not hard guardrails. AI may interpret them differently or ignore parts of them. If you give an agent more independence, use the tool’s permission settings too.

Otwórz nową rozmowę z wklejonym prototypem instrukcji (w agencie: uruchom go w folderze z plikiem) i spróbuj dwóch rzeczy. Pułapka wymaga drugiej, osobnej rozmowy.Open a fresh chat with your draft instructions. If you’re using an agent, run it in the folder that contains the file. Try the two tests below. Use a separate chat for the Trap test.

1. Lustro1. Mirror

Based on my draft instructions, describe how you should work with me in five sentences. Be explicit about anything you’re unsure of.

2. Pułapka2. Trap

In the current conversation, paste the prompt below. AI will give you the text of a request where it should push back or ask for clarification.
  2. Skopiuj tę prośbę i wklej do nowej rozmowy z instrukcją.Copy that request into a new conversation that has your instructions.
Did AI stop, push back or ask for clarification?
Based on my draft instructions, suggest one realistic request where you should push back or ask a question. Give only the text of the request. Do not explain where the trap is, and do not do the task.

A good result: AI recognizes your most important rules and stops or asks for clarification when the request crosses a realistic boundary.
